The Lunia has very rich history and derives its name from the first resident’s first wife, Riempke Lunia Mulier.
In 1989, after being occupied by many various residents, it was converted into the Bridge Hotel. Since then, the Lunia has had different owners and tourism functions. The current owners have brought it back from a Bed and Breakfast to an excellent Hotel Restaurant.

The restaurant of the Lunia hotel has space for about 40 guests. The cuisine is mainly a mixture of traditional French and Dutch cooking. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner in a lovely atmosphere. When the weather is warm you can enjoy your meal outside on the spacious terrace.
The menu changes regularly to match the seasons of the year and if a guest has a special request or diet, the restaurant will always find a way to satisfy their needs. Private dining can be arranged for special occasions, groups or societies.
